Your creamy Balance Shake is prepared in a few seconds. First, pour 275 ml of fresh semi-skimmed milk (1.5%) into the shaker. This prevents powder lumps from settling at the bottom. Then add two heaped tablespoons of shake powder. If you want to be precise, you can also weigh out 18 g. But don't worry: 1 gram of shake powder only has about 4 calories.
