How many meals can I replace with the shake?

How do I prepare the shake with collagen?

Your creamy Balance Shake is prepared in a few seconds. First, pour 275 ml of fresh semi-skimmed milk (1.5%) into the shaker. This prevents powder lumps from settling at the bottom. Then add two heaped tablespoons of shake powder. If you want to be precise, you can also weigh out 18 g. But don't worry: 1 gram of shake powder only has about 4 calories. In addition, 15 g of our Multi Collagen is added (1.5 tablespoons). Now simply insert the sieve into the lid, screw it on, shake well and enjoy!

Can I also prepare the shake with milk alternatives?

Yes, you can prepare our Balance Shake however you like, using plant-based milk alternatives or even quark or yogurt! Please note, however, that this will change the taste, satiety, nutritional values, and therefore the calorie count. So be sure to take these changes into account when tracking your calories. There are now a wide variety of plant-based milk alternatives available. But how do they really differ in terms of nutrients, taste, and environmental impact? What does hydrolyzed collagen mean?
