SHEKO Balance Shake
1. Pour 275 ml of milk (1.5% fat) into the shaker.
2. Add 18 g of powder (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons or 2 level measuring spoons).
3. Shake everything well. Ready to enjoy!
If you want to lose weight , we recommend replacing two meals a day with a shake each time. To maintain your weight, you can replace one meal a day.
Multi Collagen:
1. Add 10 g of collagen (1.5 level tablespoons) to a glass or shaker.
2. Add 250 ml of liquid or yogurt of your choice.
3. Shake or stir with a spoon and drink.
Note:
If the collagen doesn't dissolve immediately in your chosen beverage, let it stand for a moment.

How long does it take for the effect to kick in?

Can Multi Collagen be combined with other SHEKO products?

Yes! We want to make it easier for you to switch to a healthy diet and take the pressure off you to always do everything "right". That's why we take a holistic and uncomplicated approach from the very beginning.
The vitamin C contained in our shakes , for example, also contributes to normal collagen formation.

Is it possible to consume too much collagen?

You don't need to weigh every gram precisely. We recommend 15 g per day. This corresponds to approximately 1.5 level tablespoons. The body simply cannot absorb much more than that. But, as with everything else, the dose makes the poison. Therefore, you should not exceed the recommended intake excessively.
