Application

Here's how:
First, fill the shaker with 275 ml of low-fat milk. You can read this amount using the special marking on the shaker. Then add 2 heaped tablespoons (18 g) of shake powder. If you haven't already done so, insert the grid into the lid and close the drinking opening. Now screw the shaker on tightly and shake vigorously.

That was quick, wasn't it? Now you can enjoy your extra creamy, frothy shake in peace. Cheers!
Pro tip:
1. After use, fill the shaker with some water, close the lid, shake vigorously and discard the liquid.

2. Now disassemble the shaker. Make sure that the lid of the drinking opening is open and the grid is removed from the shaker lid.

3. Place the individual parts in the dishwasher and let them clean.

What does BPA-free mean?

BPA (Bisphenol A) is a plasticizer commonly used in plastics. It can leach out of the plastic upon contact with food and thus be ingested. We want only the best for you – that's why our shakers are BPA-free and therefore also odor- and taste-resistant.

Can the shaker be cleaned in the dishwasher?

Yes, you can absolutely put the shaker and all its parts in the dishwasher.

What is the capacity of the shake?

The shaker holds up to 550 ml – perfect for one serving of your favorite SHEKO shake plus ice cubes, collagen, frozen fruit, or whatever else you fancy. On days when your body simply needs more, you can prepare a larger quantity of shake. For example, 3 tablespoons of powder to 400 ml of low-fat milk. Just keep in mind that the nutritional values and calorie count will change accordingly.

Is the shaker recyclable?

Yes, you can of course recycle our shaker.
