Add the peeled and diced mangoes to a blender. Add coconut water, Greek yogurt or Skyr, the pulp of the 2 passion fruits, and the SHEKO Vanilla powder to the mangoes in the blender. Blend everything until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie into two glasses . Distribute the pulp of the remaining passion fruit evenly between the two glasses. Garnish with coconut flakes, mango, and fresh mint.
