  1. 100g Greek yogurt 0% fat | 12g SHEKO cherry powder | 2 tbsp low-fat milk 1.5%

    In a bowl, mix half of the Greek yogurt (100g) with theSHEKO cherry powder . Add 2 tablespoons of milk and stir until the mixture is nice and creamy.

  2. 6 small chocolate spelt cookies | Cherry cream | 80g low-sugar cherries from a jar

    Crush the cookies into a small bowl and use them as the first layer in small dessert glasses.

    The cherry cream layer and half of the cherries are then layered on top.

  3. 100g Greek yogurt (0% fat) | 12g SHKEO vanilla powder | 4 tbsp semi-skimmed milk (1.5%)

    Now mix the other half of the yogurt in a bowl with the vanilla powder , add milk and pour it as the final layer over the cherry layer .

  4. 5 g dark chocolate shavings | Cherries or other berries of your choice
