Take one capsule daily with a glass of water. Ideally in the morning on an empty stomach — but it can also be taken at any other time of day without problems. Simply mix 15 grams of our Multi Collagen (1.5 heaped tablespoons) daily into your balance shake, tea, or coffee and stir or shake it! The time of day doesn't matter. Our collagen is absolutely taste and odor-neutral and dissolves quickly and without residue in both warm and cold beverages. Yes, this is possible. You can open the capsule and mix its contents into a glass of water or a spoon of yogurt, for example. Please note: The microencapsulation of the individual bacteria remains intact — only the outer capsule shell is opened. The bacteria remain protected. It is best to consume it immediately after opening and not to stir it into hot liquids, as high temperatures can damage the bacteria.
