Your creamy Balance Shake is ready in seconds. First, pour 275 ml of fresh semi-skimmed milk (1.5%) into the shaker. This prevents any lumps of powder from settling at the bottom. Then, add two heaped tablespoons of shake powder . If you want to be precise, you can weigh out 18 g. But don't worry: 1 gram of shake powder only has about 4 calories. Now simply insert the sieve into the lid, screw it on, shake well, and enjoy!
Can I also prepare the shake with milk alternatives?
Yes, you can prepare our Balance Shake however you like, using plant-based milk alternatives or even quark or yogurt! Does the nutritional information include milk?
Nutritional information can sometimes be confusing. On the left, you see the values per 100g of powder, while the right column (18g) shows the values for a prepared serving with milk. A prepared Balance Shake contains approximately 200 kcal.
Don't worry about the sugar content! The powder itself contains only a minimal amount of sugar – most of it comes from the low-fat milk.
