High Protein Christmas Stollen

Mix the dry and wet ingredients well until a dough forms.

Form the dough into a stollen and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180 °C for approx. 20–30 minutes, covering with foil after 10 minutes to prevent the Stollen from browning too much.
