Yes, our SHEKO Club has been completely free from the start and will remain so. You automatically earn credit with your orders without having to do anything.

You are automatically and without additional registration a member of the SHEKO CLUB if you have shopped in our store for a total of at least 100 euros since the launch of our club in June 2025. Then you directly enter the first level of the SHEKO Club and secure some benefits right away.

After placing an order, the corresponding credit will be credited to you after 2 days and will be visible at checkout for future purchases from that point on. Your credit is valid for 60 days.

Important: In case of a return or cancellation, the accumulated credit will be revoked.

You can redeem your collected credit directly at checkout during your next purchase. Cash payout is not possible. After the credit is applied, it is available to you for 60 days, after which it expires. Your shop credit is linked to the email address you used for your previous orders in our shop.

Yes, your credit expires after 60 days. We will notify you in advance by email before your credit expires. Important: However, we cannot reach you by email if you have unsubscribed from our emails.

No, registration is not required. You automatically earn credit with every order, and it is assigned to the email address you use. So please make sure to use only one email address if possible. Your upgrade to the next membership level happens automatically once you reach the required purchase amount. You will then be informed about your new benefits via email.

Important: Your credit accumulation starts when you join the SHEKO Club – that is, from your first order of at least €100 after the club launch (May 2025). Unfortunately, retroactive credit for past orders is not possible.

If you do not place another order for a whole year, you will lose your achieved level and will start over with your next order.

In your customer account, you will find your personal referral link, which you can easily copy and share with friends. As soon as someone places an order through your link, your credit will be automatically applied, and your friend will receive their discount code via email. Don’t have a customer account yet? You can create one easily here and get started right away. Important: Your referred friends must be new customers in our SHEKO shop and place an order of at least 49 EUR.

IMPORTANT: This only works once you have reached at least the Balance Starter level, meaning you have spent at least 100 EUR in our shop. Before that, you can find your link in your customer account, but it won’t provide a discount to your loved ones yet.

Once you reach the Balance VIP level, you can order with free shipping at any time – even if your order value is below €59.

IMPORTANT: However, it is only possible to redeem one benefit per order. So, with each order, you can choose whether to use a discount code, your store credit, or free shipping. If you have entered a discount code, shipping will be charged again if your order is under €59.
