5% cashback on every order
From the "Balance Starter" level onwards, you automatically receive 5% of your purchase value as credit, which you can redeem within 90 days. In the event of a return, the corresponding credit is forfeited.
IMPORTANT : Shop credit cannot be combined with other discount codes. You can either redeem the credit or use a discount code.
€15 for every successful referral
Recommend SHEKO to others and secure €15 in credit for each successful referral. Your friends will receive a 15% discount on their first order.
Exclusive birthday surprise
Enter your birthday and look forward to an exclusive gift from us.
You can enter your birthday by clicking on "Adjust settings" at the bottom of each email from us. However, we are also currently working on a solution so that you can enter it directly in your customer account.
Earn up to €8 for your review
You'll receive €2 in credit for a written review, €4 for a review with a picture of yourself, and €8 for a video review. This applies to up to two reviews every 30 days. A few days after your purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to the page where you can review your ordered products.

Depending on your level in our SHEKO Club, you can choose from various gifts.
Once you reach the respective level and enter your email address at checkout during your next order, a selection of gifts will appear. There you can choose your desired free product.

Is the SHEKO Club free?
Yes , our SHEKO Club is completely free from the start and will remain so. You automatically collect credit with your orders, without having to do anything.
How do I receive my credit?
After placing an order, the corresponding credit will be added to your account after 2 days and will be visible at checkout for subsequent purchases. Your credit is valid for 90 days.
Important : In case of a return or cancellation, the accumulated credit will be cancelled.
How do I redeem my shop credit?
You can redeem your accumulated credit directly at checkout during your next purchase . Cash payment is not possible. Once credited, it will be available for 90 days, after which it expires. Your shop credit is linked to the email address you used to place your previous orders in our shop.

Will my credit expire after a certain period of time?
Yes, your credit expires after 90 days . We will inform you by email before your credit expires. Important: We cannot contact you by email if you have unsubscribed from our emails.
Do I need to register to collect credits?
No, registration is not required. You automatically collect credit with every order, and it is assigned to the email address you use . Therefore, please try to use only one email address if possible. How do I reach the next membership level?
You will automatically advance to the next membership tier once you have reached the required purchase amount. You will then be notified of your new benefits via email.
Important: Your credit balance starts accruing when you join the SHEKO Club – that is, from your first order of at least €100 after the club's launch (May 2025) . Unfortunately, retroactive credit for past orders is not possible.
If you do not place another order for a whole year , you will lose your achieved level and start again from scratch with your next order.
How can I find out how much credit I currently have?
You can easily view your current balance at any time in your customer account . If you don't yet have a customer account, you can create one here in just a few steps.
How can I recruit a friend?
In your customer account, you'll find your personal referral link , which you can easily copy and share with friends. As soon as someone orders via your link, your credit will be automatically applied, and your friend will receive their discount code by email. Don't have a customer account yet? You can easily create one here and get started right away. Important: Your referred friends must be new customers in our SHEKO shop and place an order of at least €49 .
