Your creamy balance shake is ready in seconds. First, pour 300 ml of water into the shaker. This prevents any lumps of powder from settling at the bottom. Then, add five heaped tablespoons of shake powder . If you want to be precise, you can also weigh out 50 g. But don't worry: 1 gram of shake powder only has about 4 calories. Now simply insert the sieve into the lid, screw it on, shake well, and enjoy!
Can I also prepare the shake with milk alternatives?
Yes, you can prepare our Balance Shake with plant-based milk alternatives to suit your taste! The classic Balance Shake relies on milk proteins such as whey and casein, which have a particularly high biological value.
