Daily Biotics:
Take 1 capsule daily with a large glass of water — ideally at the same time each day. Can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. The capsule can also be opened and the contents stirred in — please do not use hot liquids.

Multi Collagen:
Stir 1 serving daily into coffee, tea, water, or your shake. Neutral in taste and smell, dissolves without clumping.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
