Daily Biotics:
Take 1 Daily Biotics capsule daily with plenty of water, ideally with the first meal of the day — for example, directly with your shake.
If you have difficulty swallowing capsules: The contents can also be stirred directly into the shake.

Dietary fiber powder
Simply mix 10 grams of our fiber powder (1 heaping tablespoon) daily into your Balance Shake, a glass of water, your coffee, or another beverage of your choice and stir thoroughly. The powder is flavorless and dissolves quickly and without residue in both warm and cold liquids. You can also stir it into yogurt, quark, or porridge to increase your daily fiber intake exactly to your taste.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
