    Prepare the base: First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, making sure there are no lumps. Then stir in the eggs, honey, lemon juice, zest, and milk until a creamy batter forms. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk spoon by spoon.

    Into the microwave: Fill the batter into two greased cups (cup size 250-300 ml), but only up to two-thirds full to prevent overflow. Bake each cup individually for about 60 to 75 seconds at high power. The cake is done when the surface is matte and springs back elastically to gentle pressure.

    Prepare the frosting: Mix the cream cheese with the SHEKO powder and sweeten it with honey for the topping. Wait a moment until the mug cakes have cooled slightly before spreading the cream on top, so it doesn't melt.
