Cancellation policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. For this purpose, you can use the enclosed sample revocation form, which is, however, not mandatory.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Complaint
My package has been damaged in shipping, what to do?
Please check immediately if the delivery is undamaged. If, contrary to expectations, the goods are damaged, we are very sorry. Please take one or two pictures of the package and the products and send them to us by e-mail with your order number. We will then contact our warehouse and DHL and find a solution as soon as possible.
How do I return the goods?
You can cancel your order within 14 days. Send us an e-mail (info@sheko.com). You can then simply return unopened packages to us. Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened packages. Send the return to us. As soon as the return has arrived and has been checked by us, we will refund your money. In the case of a direct debit, we ask you not to simply cancel it, because otherwise you will be charged 10.50 € bank fees. Unfortunately we do not issue return labels.
How do I cancel or change an order I have already placed?
As long as we are not processing your order, you can cancel it at any time. Please contact us at info@sheko.com.
