Cut the apple into small pieces and place them in a pot . Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and simmer briefly over medium heat until the apple is soft.

Meanwhile, thoroughly mix the almond milk with the SHEKO vanilla powder . Place the cooked apple in a bowl and pour the vanilla almond milk over it.

For the crumble topping, mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until a crumbly consistency is achieved. Then crumble the topping over the apple mixture.
Bake everything in the oven until the crumble topping is golden brown . -

Finally, garnish the crumble as desired with apple slices, almonds, a pinch of cinnamon and some nut butter or quark.
