- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2banana
- 90 mlwater
- 1 tspcinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbspfrozen berries
As a topping
- 1 tbsp yogurt or quark
- A handful of fresh raspberries

Process the rolled oats in a blender until they form a fine flour. Add the baking powder, banana, water,SHEKO vanilla powder , cinnamon, and a pinch of salt , and mix until you have a smooth batter.

Gently stir in the frozen berries and transfer to a small ovenproof dish or mini casserole dish. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for approximately 20 minutes.

Decorate with raspberries and yogurt or other toppings of your choice and serve warm.
The basic dough can easily be customized with ingredients like cocoa, more cinnamon, or nuts. There are no limits to your creativity!
