- 2 eggs

For the strawberry sauce
- 100g Strawberries

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone muffin cups and spread the mixture evenly among them.

Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 minutes. Let the finished cheesecakes cool in the pan before removing them.
At the same time, you can cut the strawberries and then place them on top. -

If you like, you can also purée some of the strawberries in a blender to make a sauce . Sweeten with your choice of sweetener if desired, pour over the muffins, and enjoy.
