Strawberry protein muffins
These delicious protein muffins are made without any flour or added sugar . You can easily adapt the recipe to your liking – swap the strawberries for other seasonal fruits or vary the flavor of our Balance Shake. How about a banana split version usingSHEKO chocolate powder and banana pieces?

In a bowl, combine the egg, egg white, almonds , and quark using a hand mixer to form a dough. Separately, mix the baking powder and SHEKO vanilla powder , then stir them into the dough. Wash the strawberries , cut them into small pieces, and gently fold them into the batter.

Line a muffin tin with 10 paper baking cups and preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Fill the cups with batter and bake on the middle rack for about 30 minutes .
