Preheat the grill to medium to high heat . Have a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil ready.

Place the light feta cheese in the center of the aluminum foil. Distribute the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, olives, and onion rings over it. Add the chopped garlic and herbs.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with pepper to taste. Carefully seal the aluminum foil to create an airtight package .

Place the feta parcel on the grill and cook over medium heat for about 10–15 minutes , until the feta is soft. Serve the warm feta parcel directly in the aluminum foil or place it on a plate.
