    honey (plus some for drizzling)

    Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • A few leaves of fresh mint, finely chopped

Grilled peaches with creamy honey-yogurt sauce and crunchy walnuts – a dessert that tastes like sunshine!

    Halve the peaches and remove the pits. Brush the cut surfaces with coconut oil.

    Preheat a grill pan or grill to medium heat. Grill the peach halves cut-side down for about 3–4 minutes , until they have golden-brown grill marks. Then turn them over and warm for 1–2 minutes on the other side.

    In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with buttermilk, vanilla pudding powder, lemon zest, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir well until a creamy consistency is achieved.
