    Chicken breast fillets (approx. 600 g)
  • A little
    the juice of a lemon
  • 1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • 20 ml
    Olive oil
  • ½ tsp
    ground cumin
  • ½ tsp
    salt
  • ½ tsp
    paprika powder
  • 1 pinch
    chili flakes

This Greek chicken with lemon, herbs and spices is always a good choice – whether fresh from the grill in summer or from the pan on cooler days.

    Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, cumin, salt, paprika powder and chili flakes in a bowl .

    Let the chicken breast fillets marinate for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight).
