In a bowl, combine the low-fat quark and psyllium husks. Gradually add the water, or optionally the milk, stirring continuously until a smooth mixture forms. Gently heat this mixture in a saucepan. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the SHEKO vanilla powder .

For the topping, heat the plum and some cinnamon in another pot.
Pour the warm semolina pudding into bowls and top with the cooked plum. Optionally, add nuts, nut butter, and other fruits such as figs. Enjoy the pudding best while still warm.
