  • 100 ml(oat) milk
  • A little fat to grease the mold

As a topping

  • Some coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp coconut flakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) using conventional oven settings (top and bottom heat) . Place the flour , SHEKO coconut powder , coconut blossom sugar , and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.

  2. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the bowl along with the eggs , vanilla extract , and milk . Now stir the ingredients into a smooth batter.

  3. Grease the donut pan thoroughly and distribute the batter evenly among 8 donut molds . Then bake at 180°C (350° F) using conventional oven settings (top and bottom heat) for 12-15 minutes .

  4. Let the donuts cool down and then carefully remove them from the mold with a knife.

    Finally, the donuts can be thinly brushed with liquid coconut oil and dipped upside down into the coconut flakes .
