    Greek yogurt (0.1% fat)
  • 1 tsp
    salt (approx. 5 g)
  • 1 tsp baking powder (approx. 5 g)
  • 4 tbsp
    olive oil (40 g)
  • ½ tsp
    dried herbs with garlic (approx. 2.5 g)

This pan bread requires no yeast and is ready in no time – ideal with dips, salads or as a snack in between meals.

    Mix the spelt flour with Greek yogurt, salt, and baking powder in a bowl. Knead everything well until a smooth dough forms. If the dough is sticky, use lightly floured hands.

    Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and shape them into flatbreads with damp hands.

    Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil with the dried herbs and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat .

    Place 3 flatbreads in the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown . Remove the cooked flatbreads from the pan and drizzle with a little herb oil.
