    Rinse and drain the chickpeas . Finely chop the parsley , dice the sun-dried tomatoes , and finely dice the onion .

    Place all ingredients in a large bowl: chickpeas, parsley, tomatoes, onion, low-fat quark, eggs, and crumbled feta. Use an immersion blender or food processor to blend the mixture until it has a slightly chunky consistency.
