Put the rice , water and milk in a pot and bring to a boil. Let it simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes , stirring occasionally.

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the SHEKO vanilla powder until a creamy mixture forms. Add a splash of milk if needed.

Halve a pear and remove the core. Caramelize the cut halves in a pan with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil over medium heat for a few minutes.

Place the rice pudding in a bowl and arrange the pear halves on top. Drizzle with a little honey and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon .
