- 200 gSpelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30 gXylitol (alternatively raw cane sugar)
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 250 mlMilk (1.5% fat)
- 100gSoy yogurt
As a topping
- 200g fresh strawberries

Preheat oven (top/bottom heat: 180°C / fan oven: 160°C) . Mix spelt flour, SHEKO strawberry powder , baking powder and sugar in a bowl.

Add vanilla extract , eggs , milk and soy yogurt and mix to form a smooth batter.

Divide the batter between four silicone baking molds rinsed with cold water and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries and halve them lengthwise. Serve the waffles with the strawberries.
