    psyllium husks
For the topping

    mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries)

This nutritious quinoa breakfast combines nutrient-rich seeds and healthy fats into a delicious, warm meal. Topped with berries and Greek yogurt , it's the perfect start to the day – simple, quick, and packed with vital nutrients!

    Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water to remove the bitter substances.

    Heat the almond milk in a small saucepan, add the quinoa , and simmer according to package directions until tender. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the SHEKO vanilla powder. and stir in the psyllium husks.

    Divide the cooked quinoa into bowls. Garnish with hemp seeds, walnuts, almonds, and berries. Top with Greek yogurt and serve warm.
