- 90 gOat flour or ground oats
- 115gBalance Cream Cheese
- 45 gplain Greek yogurt
- 40 gMaple syrup
- 10 gChia seeds
- 15 gfreeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed
- 1 gSalt

- Something freeze-dried strawberries for rolling

Mix all dry ingredients: Whisk together the strawberry cheesecake powder, oat flour, chia seeds, strawberries, and salt in a bowl.

Add cream cheese, yogurt, and maple syrup and stir into a smooth mixture. The mixture should be soft and easy to shape. If it is too firm, stir in 5–10 g of milk or yogurt.

Using your hands, form small balls and optionally roll them in freeze-dried strawberry powder.

Chill for at least 30 minutes.
When airtightly packed, the Cheesecake Balls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
