preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients: Whisk together the strawberry cheesecake powder, oat flour, chia seeds, strawberries, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add cream cheese, yogurt, and maple syrup and stir into a smooth mixture. The mixture should be soft and easy to shape. If it is too firm, stir in 5–10 g of milk or yogurt.

  3. Using your hands, form small balls and optionally roll them in freeze-dried strawberry powder.

  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
