These vanilla energy balls are the perfect snack! With their combination of almonds and dates, they provide not only valuable healthy fats and fiber , but also long-lasting energy. Our Balance Shake contributes protein and other essential nutrients.

    Blanch almonds in boiling water for 2-3 minutes , drain, rinse with cold water, and peel off the skins. If you already have blanched almonds, you can skip this step.

    Place the almonds in a blender and process until finely chopped. Meanwhile, simmer the dates in a little water for 3-4 minutes until soft, then drain. Chop them finely and add them to the blender as well.

    Add the cacao nibs and SHEKO vanilla powder and continue mixing until well blended. Add water a teaspoon at a time if needed.

    With slightly damp hands, form the mixture into about 25 balls and roll them in your favorite topping. Store in the refrigerator.
