Mix 2 tablespoons of the milk in a bowl with cornstarch, xylitol, vanilla extract and baking cocoa until smooth.

Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Be careful, it can happen quickly and burn easily, so stay with it at all times.

Remove the milk from the heat and whisk in the milk-cornstarch mixture . Bring back to a boil , stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in theSHEKO chocolate powder until a creamy mixture forms.

Pour the protein pudding into two bowls and let it cool . Wash and pat dry the berries . Serve the protein pudding with the berries and protein muesli.
