- 25 gcornstarch
- 1 tbspXylitol (alternatively coconut blossom sugar)
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 10 gbaking cocoa (highly deoiled)
As a topping
- 100 g Berries
- 20g Chocolate Protein Muesli

Mix 2 tablespoons of the milk in a bowl with cornstarch, xylitol, vanilla extract and baking cocoa until smooth.

Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Be careful, it can happen quickly and burn easily, so stay with it at all times.

Remove the milk from the heat and add the milk-cornstarch mixture, stirring vigorously. Then bring to a boil again, stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the SHEKO Chocolate powder until a creamy consistency is achieved.

Pour the protein pudding into two bowls and let it cool . Wash and pat dry the berries . Serve the protein pudding with the berries and protein muesli.
