Protein waffles with strawberries
Fire up the oven, it's time for waffles! You heard right: this delicious waffle recipe does n't require a waffle iron at all. All you need is a silicone baking mold, a few simple ingredients, and a craving for tasty waffles. Of course, you can also make the waffles in a traditional waffle iron. These strawberry protein waffles are perfect as a protein-packed start to the day or as a delicious dessert.

Preheat oven (top/bottom heat: 180°C / fan oven: 160°C) . Mix spelt flour, SHEKO strawberry powder , baking powder and sugar in a bowl.

Add vanilla extract , eggs , milk and soy yogurt and mix to form a smooth batter.

Divide the batter between four silicone baking molds rinsed with cold water and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, wash the strawberries and halve them lengthwise. Serve the waffles with the strawberries.
