Carina lost 10 kilos "all by herself": SHEKO Story

Carina: Enjoyable weight loss without counting calories
You lost ten kilograms with SHEKO. Was that your goal when you started shaking it up?
"Yes, I wanted to lose weight. But I didn't have a specific goal. I didn't have a precise number in mind, nor did I set a timeframe. To be honest, I'm not the diet type at all. I enjoy sitting with my husband in the evenings, savoring good food and a delicious wine."

"If you had asked me that before last October, I would have said 'no'. My biggest vice in the afternoon was always cakes and pastries. The first few pounds melted away, I had more energy, and I was completely in the flow."
Have you changed anything else in your daily routine?
"Yes, absolutely. SHEKO was basically the kick-start I needed to get started and begin my healthier lifestyle. I decided that I wanted to be fit and grow old. I hardly ever did any sports before, but now I'm even a hula hoop and fitness trainer. I also go jogging and recently even ran a half marathon."

Why do you think you're "holding through it so well" – even at Christmas?

Do you still have any goals?
“Yes, two even: I would like to lose about six more kilos. And I would like to get my sister on board, who has already asked me several times how I actually do it.”
