You started losing weight with SHEKO three months ago. What made you decide to lose weight?
"The decision had been made for a long time. I'd tried quite a few things to lose weight in the past: intermittent fasting, counting points, drinking shakes. None of it ever worked for me. What does your day with SHEKO currently look like?
"I replace two meals with a shake. Usually breakfast and dinner. The great thing is that SHEKO gives me so much flexibility. I have a full-time job and a family. And sometimes when I get home in the evening, I want to sit down with my husband and children and have a nice dinner. Then I simply switch gears and enjoy my shake at lunchtime in the office instead of preparing it in the evening."
So you're approaching your goal of losing weight in a very relaxed way, without any pressure?
"Well, I have my goal firmly in mind. But I've also realized that it makes much more sense for me if I'm not too strict and think long-term. Just because I go out for Sunday brunch with my loved ones today doesn't mean I'm undoing everything I've achieved so far and everything I still want to achieve. On Monday morning, I'm simply looking forward to my shake again. Balance is key for me."

Shaking, walking, hula hooping – the new Kathrin is getting fit
That sounds like a completely new outlook on life. Have you changed anything else about your lifestyle?
"I was aware that shakes alone aren't a miracle cure and that the pounds won't just melt away because I have SHEKO in my cupboard. A friend and I started going for walks twice a week. It's easy on my joints, I get fresh air, and I have my 'coffee break' – just without the coffee and, most importantly, without the cake. I also spend half an hour every day hula hooping. You can even do it in front of the TV, and it fits perfectly into my day."
You've lost 10 kilos. What's next?
"My goal is to lose another ten kilograms. What's most important to me is that I achieve long-term success. I'm going on vacation soon and I'll definitely be taking SHEKO with me. I think the chocolate flavor will end up in my suitcase. It's my favorite, and I also like to mix it with vanilla or banana at home." I'm currently replacing two meals a day with it, as I mentioned. I can easily imagine drinking one shake a day in the future to maintain my weight. And because I simply can't imagine ever giving up that delicious taste again.
