Anti-Spam Policy

SHEKO GmbH prohibits the promotion of sheko.com, SHEKO products or SHEKO offers through unsolicited messages. This requirement applies to SHEKO itself and to service providers, agencies, affiliates, referral partners and other third parties promoting SHEKO.

Promotional messages may only be sent to recipients for whom permission to send is documented. Purchased, rented, harvested or guessed address lists must not be used for unsolicited promotion. Unsubscribe requests and objections must be honored; suppressed recipients must not be reintroduced into promotional mailing lists.

Promotion partners must document the source of recipient addresses and permission to send, and make that evidence available for review. Where there is a substantiated concern about a violation, the affected promotional sending must be suspended pending investigation.
