Application

The supplements can all be combined, but should not be seen as a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. We recommend using a maximum of two supplements at a time , in addition to our Balance Shake as a base, to specifically address your individual challenges.

How long can I take the fat metabolism complex?

We recommend a course of 2 to 3 months to effectively break through weight loss plateaus and support your metabolism. During this time, your body receives the necessary boost to return to efficient fat burning. Temporary use is particularly helpful during periods when you're no longer making progress despite a healthy diet and exercise.

We recommend taking a break of at least one week after the recommended course of treatment. Taking it for a longer period is not harmful. However, you should regularly check in with your body to see if you still need the support of these helpful substances. If so, you can of course continue as usual after the break.

How long does one pack last?

One pack contains 30 capsules . At the recommended intake of 2 capsules per day, this will last exactly 15 days . For targeted use over 2–3 months, we therefore recommend that you plan on ordering several packs to ensure uninterrupted use.
