Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) (convection). Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temperature: 75°C/165°F). Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil, and let rest for 5 minutes.

Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with a little olive oil and a pinch of salt until soft. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and tomato paste and roast for 2 minutes.

Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and smoked paprika. Mix everything well and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Orzo, Add 250 ml of water and the stock cube. Bring to a simmer and stir regularly until the orzo is al dente and the liquid has been absorbed.

Refine with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, crème fraîche , and Parmesan cheese . Stir well and season to taste. Fold in chopped basil .

Divide the orzo and vegetable mixture among plates. Slice the oven-roasted chicken and arrange it on top. Garnish with additional Parmesan and basil and serve.
