preparation

In a bowl, beat the SHEKO chocolate powder together with the spelt flour, egg and milk until creamy.
Pour the batter into a cup and add fruit as desired, e.g. raspberries, blueberries or cherries.
-
Place the mug in the microwave for 2 minutes or bake at 175 degrees Celsius (top and bottom heat) for approximately 30 minutes.
Our tip: best enjoyed hot and topped with fresh fruit, nut butter, and hazelnut brittle. Enjoy!
The combination of our chocolate shake and juicy cherries in the batter is our current favorite, but of course you can also adapt the recipe with any other shake flavor and fruit of your choice!
