Preheat the grill to medium to high heat (approx. 180–200°C).

Melt butter in a small saucepan, then stir in honey, garlic, and lemon juice. Simmer briefly .

Prepare a large piece of aluminum foil and lightly brush it with olive oil .
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper, place it on the aluminum foil, and generously brush it with the honey-butter mixture. Distribute lemon slices on top. -

Wrap the salmon in aluminum foil to create a tight package, but leave some room for steam.

Place the salmon parcel on the grill and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes with the lid closed.

After cooking, carefully remove from the aluminum foil and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
