    Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small cubes.

    Brown the organic ground beef in a pan until cooked through. Add the beans and season to taste.

    Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet. Top with the ground beef and bean mixture and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for approximately 20–25 minutes.

    Meanwhile , wash the romaine lettuce and cut it into strips . Dice the tomatoes and avocado . Serve the prepared baking sheet with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, yogurt, and sriracha sauce.
