Ingredients

  • 250g
    Greek yogurt
  • 250 g
    Low-fat quark
  • 1
    Grated cucumber
  • 1 tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    lemon zest
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • ½ bunch
    fresh dill, finely chopped
  • ½ bunch
    fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • A little salt and pepper

Creamy, fresh and extra high in protein – this tzatziki is the perfect side dish for light meals!

    Grate the cucumber and squeeze it in a kitchen towel to remove excess liquid.

    In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the low-fat quark and olive oil. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and the crushed garlic.
