    black pepper (freshly ground)
  • ½ tsp
    sea salt (or to taste)

    Wash the cucumbers , peel them if desired, halve them and cut them into thin slices .

    Wash the radishes and slice or shave them into thin slices .

    Wash the bunch of spring onions and cut them into fine rings .

    Place cucumbers, radishes and spring onions in a bowl , mix with cottage cheese, salt and pepper.
