Low Carb Vanilla Crescent Cookies

Mix all dry ingredients except the powdered erythritol, then add the cold butter. Knead everything until a smooth dough forms.

Form about 36 crescents from the dough and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the Kipferl at 180 °C top/bottom heat for about 10–12 minutes and carefully roll them in powdered erythritol while still warm.
