Yogurette ice cream cones with strawberry quark
Rice cakes, low-fat quark mixed with Strawberry Balance Shake , fresh strawberries and liquid dark chocolate – incredibly delicious, yet high in protein and light.

Mix low-fat quark with a little water and the Strawberry Balance Shake or, optionally , collagen powder . Spread 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto each rice cake.

Slice the strawberries and spread them on top of the quark.

Melt dark chocolate in the microwave at low wattage or over a water bath. Drizzle the chocolate over the topped rice cakes.

Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes – then crispy & ready to snack!
