Mix shredded coconut , coconut oil , SHEKO coconut powder , and a few drops of liquid sweetener . Add 75-100 ml of water until a moldable mass is formed.

Shape the coconut mixture into 10-15 oblong bars using your hands. Let them firm up in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Take the coconut bars out of the refrigerator and coat them with the melted chocolate.
