Don't get discouraged

So, don't fixate on individual numbers, but rather look at the bigger picture – the downward trend.

Shopping for clothes or getting them out of the closet

“After losing the first few pounds, I bought myself a new dress,” Jacqueline explains. The trick: She buys the garment in a smaller size to keep herself motivated and fit into it a few weeks later.
