Valerie: Stay fit and SHEKO

As a busy bee, she juggles a dual study program and a job – and seemingly manages to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ease. The jewel in her gym bag: her SHEKO shaker. With SHEKO, she's found a shake that replenishes her energy stores after workouts. Every single day.

Tell us your story, Valerie. What does your daily life look like?

"I'm always on the go! As a certified fitness trainer, I work in the two Zanin health practices, giving preventative courses and personal training. In 2014, my sister and I also founded a rehabilitation sports club. And as part of my dual studies program, I'm training to become a nutrition consultant. I'm currently writing my thesis."

Valerie fills her days with tasks that bring her joy – and help others. Besides work and writing her thesis, she always finds time for her own workouts. And it shows! Valerie's firm buttocks and defined abs are something to be proud of.

And how did you come across SHEKO?

Valerie's diet

Valerie uses an app to track her intake of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. This allows her diet plan to include pizza and ice cream. She also wears a fitness watch on her wrist, which gives her an overview of her activity.

Valerie knows exactly what conditions must be met to build muscle and reduce body fat. While she aims for a calorie surplus during muscle-building phases, she works with a calorie deficit in the subsequent cutting phases. To ensure that her hard-earned muscles don't disappear during the diet phase, Valerie pays particular attention to meeting her protein requirements during these weeks.

"I don't just use SHEKO as a meal replacement, but like a protein shake with that certain something extra.
