    lemon juice

A quick and healthy smoothie with avocado, spinach, blueberries, and chia seeds. Creamy, protein-rich, and refreshing – ideal as a snack or breakfast!

    Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut the apple into small pieces . If the spinach is fresh, wash it thoroughly.

    Add avocado, blueberries, spinach, chia seeds, hemp seeds,SHEKO vanilla powder , yogurt, water and the optional ingredients (cinnamon, mint, lemon juice) to the blender.

    Blend on high speed until the smoothie is smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency with additional water if necessary.

    Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy it fresh!
