Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend with an electric mixer until a creamy batter forms. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 170°C ( 340°F) using conventional oven settings (top and bottom heat).

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread the batter evenly inside. The size of the pan will determine the thickness of the protein brownies.
