Tell us your story, Irina. How has your weight changed?
"Losing weight has always been an issue. Until I was 30, I could eat whatever I wanted without gaining weight. Unfortunately, what my friends predicted happened: I started gaining weight gradually after my 30th birthday. I've been fighting it for years. And I just couldn't take it anymore."
What is your experience with other diets?
"You start a thousand things. Eating less, low-carb diets, and whatever else they call themselves. You do that for a while, notice rapid weight loss. But I experienced side effects, my blood sugar was low, my lips were blue, and I was freezing. That wasn't good for me."

Irina's dietary change

Maintain weight with SHEKO
